Where is my order?

Your order is processed within 24hrs and is posted to you through Royal Mail or UPS.

Can I return my item?

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns where the product has been opened and where a seal has been broken. If the item has not been used and the seal is securely in place, simply return the unused item and we will remit your account for the full amount purchased.

When returning an item, please include your invoice.

Any delivery and handling fees made at the original purchase are not refundable.
